2026年4月27日，上海——摩根大通集团今天宣布，与恩派公益（NPI）共同发起的“新绿青年人才培育计划”（简称“新绿计划”）圆满结项。自启动以来，“新绿计划”聚焦提升大学生的“绿色胜任力”，通过联动高校与绿色产业雇主，构建“职前培训+导师辅导+企业参访实训”的一体化模式，助力青年学子在绿色职业道路上迈出关键的第一步。
摩根大通集团中国区联席首席执行官陈妍妮表示：“在过去的一年半里，‘新绿计划’的足迹遍布全国10个城市，累计支持了1,354名大学生，帮助他们提升绿色技能，参与绿色产业雇主提供的实践机会，从而顺利开启绿色就业之路。摩根大通常年支持青年人才的培养和中国经济的绿色转型，这些项目成果正是我们坚持公益初心的有力体现。”
2024年7月至2025年12月，在新绿计划服务的学员中，约有1000多位同学在绿色制造、绿色建筑、绿色交通等领域的企业中获得了真实任务实训的机会，帮助他们在实战中完成了从知识到能力的转化。项目还举办了多场行业研讨会，共同探讨青年绿色就业支持路径，逐步构建起了聚焦“绿色胜任力”的赋能体系和覆盖多行业的绿色雇主网络。
“推动青年人才的绿色就业离不开社会多方力量的合作。很高兴看到我们的项目联合了300多家雇主伙伴，为同学们提供实践机会和资源支持。参与‘新绿计划’后，78%的同学获得了深度的企业实习及相关职前体验，有效增强了自己的就业竞争力。青年人才是推动经济绿色转型的重要力量，相信我们的项目不仅仅赋能个体，更是为整个社会的绿色转型积蓄了动能，”摩根大通集团中国区联席首席执行官何耀东表示。
据了解，摩根大通除了通过贡献自身资源帮助同学们搭建职业发展平台，还有80多位集团员工志愿者深度参与了‘新绿计划’,化身为引路人和同行者，对同学们进行了贴近真实职场的指导和陪伴，切切实实地帮助他们提升职业认知并探索绿色职业发展。来自摩根大通所有主要在华法律实体的员工志愿者们都参与了此次的项目，包括摩根大通银行（中国）有限公司、摩根大通证券（中国）有限公司、摩根大通期货有限公司和摩根基金管理（中国）有限公司等。
恩派公益创始人吕朝强调：“‘新绿计划’的实践让我们看到，公益组织的价值不仅在于直接服务青年，更在于搭建一个能让企业、高校、青年有效协同的平台。当越来越多企业愿意开放真实场景，当高校教育主动对接产业需求，当青年在实战中真正获得成长，这个平台就有了持续运转的生命力。”
此次摩根大通集团对“新绿计划”的支持通过赠与亚洲（Give2Asia）进行捐赠管理。
