2024年3月28日 — 摩根大通宣布，任命陈妍妮女士、何耀东先生为中国区联席首席执行官，2024年4月1日起生效。陈女士、何先生将作为中国区运营委员会主席，共同推动公司在中国整体业务的进一步发展，更好地将摩根大通的全球网络和资源优势配置到中国。陈女士、何先生将汇报给摩根大通亚太区CEO Sjoerd Leenart先生，并担任摩根大通亚太区领导管理委员会的成员。今年早些时候，摩根大通中国区CEO梁治文先生宣布将于年内荣休。
陈妍妮女士于2020年加入摩根大通，担任亚太区房地产投资银行部主管，此后进一步扩大职责范围，兼任亚太区消费与零售业投资银行部主管。陈女士在资本市场耕耘二十多年，公司相信她对于银行业的深刻理解、在公司金融领域全面的专业知识，广泛的行业资源及出色的客户沟通技巧，都将帮助她在新职位上将公司与中国客户及监管层的战略对话提升到新的高度。
何耀东先生在金融行业拥有超过25年的丰富经验，在公司先后担任多个高级管理职务，包括中国区首席运营官、亚太区财务控制总监、亚太区首席财务官及亚太区首席行政官等。他也是摩根大通亚太区领导管理委员会的成员。公司相信他在跨业务、跨地区、跨部门管理中积累的丰富经验将为他的新职位带来非常宝贵的价值。同时，何先生将继续担任亚太区首席财务官。
