2024年3月28日，上海 —— 摩根大通今天宣布携手益社启动2024 Career Connect （“职场引路人”）人才培养计划。这项针对经历个人发展瓶颈的大学生群体的技能培训项目，旨在通过为普通高校大一至大三年级学生提供绿色经济相关的知识学习、商业创新和绿色技能培训，并将大学生学员与企业员工志愿者连接起来，以此提高学生们的职业技能水平和未来进入社会后的就业竞争力。
摩根大通银行(中国)有限公司行长熊碧华表示: "作为一家全球领先的金融机构, 摩根大通在全球范围内致力于推动包容性增长，坚持把扩大弱势社区的经济发展机遇作为我们的目标和使命。Career Connect人才培养计划是摩根大通于2022年在全球范围内发起的职业技能培训项目，持续在全球9个市场通过‘链接’青年大学生与公司员工来助力前者的职业发展。继这个项目去年在中国开展以来，今年我们很高兴携手益社启动以绿色技能培训为重点的2024 Career Connect人才培养计划，并希望继续通过贡献自身的力量和资源，帮助高校青年更好地抓住经济转型所带来的机遇，助力社会的可持续发展。”
当下，绿色经济已成为全球经济发展的新动能，越来越多的绿色技术获得关注。根据联合国工业发展组织的定义，绿色技能是指“培养、习得和支持可持续和资源节约型社会所需的知识、能力、价值观和态度”。在此背景下，2024 Career Connect人才培养计划将汇聚高校、企业等多方力量和资源，积极关注并助力青年群体的绿色职业技能发展。
摩根大通环球企业支付部大中华区总经理、大中华区产品总监，中国志愿者领导团队联席主席顾玮表示：“这是我们的员工志愿者参与Career Connect项目的第二个年头了。聚焦绿色技能培训，能够切实地帮助同学们更好地把握未来的经济发展方向和就业动态，从而找到心仪的工作，同时也将为企业提供更多急需的、拥有绿色技能的人才。摩根大通志愿者们将继续通过运用自身的专业知识和技能来对同学们进行多元化的赋能、帮扶，帮助同学们获得实实在在的工作技能，在未来进入社会后能够更加自信和自如。”
今年上半年，项目计划将把100名大学生学员与来自摩根大通的约120名员工志愿者“链接”起来，通过绿色课程、工作坊和商业参访等系列活动，帮助学员学习绿色经济相关的知识、政策和创新；并通过模拟面试以及不同工作场景中的实战演练，为学员未来在职场取得更好的发展提供有针对性的练习和建议。据了解，来自摩根大通所有主要在华法律实体的员工志愿者们都将受邀参与此次的项目，包括摩根大通银行（中国）有限公司、摩根大通证券（中国）有限公司、摩根大通期货有限公司和摩根基金管理（中国）有限公司等。
益社创始人李磊表示：“希望参与本项目的学员们，通过本期培训计划，能够提升自己的绿色技能和职场素养，提高自身的就业竞争力，未来成为推动绿色发展的重要力量。同时希望摩根大通的志愿者在参与志愿服务时有收获，未来积极投身于志愿服务更多服务社会。作为一家致力于推动可持续发展的机构，益社也将发挥创新优势，整合各界力量，推广绿色技能，带动更多青年人才参与到可持续发展事业中来。”
作为员工志愿者代表，摩根大通环球企业银行副总裁，中国志愿者领导团队Career Connect项目负责人陆琬琳在现场表示：“回顾以往，Career Connect项目受益学生以及员工志愿者们共同累积了许多难忘的时刻。今年的项目聚焦绿色技能培训，我们将通过与所在社区及公益伙伴开展更紧密的合作，助力更多青年学子实现学校和职场的顺利过渡；通过进一步贡献摩根大通员工自身的专长来落实我们的社会责任和担当。”
在随后的圆桌对话环节中，高校代表上海政法学院经济管理学院讲师王冰冰、摩根大通员工志愿者代表陆琬琳和李君文、学生代表上海政法学院电子商务与法律专业陈博从不同视角出发，围绕“青年就业与可持续人才培养”的主题，共同探讨新时代背景下青年职业发展的机遇与挑战，话题包括青年群体就业所呈现出的特点、高校与行业间的“供需错配”等，还重点探讨了如何让绿色技能相关的公益项目能够更切实地支持大学生的就业前景。
