摩根大通今天宣布与友成企业家扶贫基金会（友成基金会）共同启动“乡村女性经济赋能计划”二期项目，通过为乡村女性提供全方位的电商创就业技能培训、创业孵化指导以及资源对接，帮助她们在当地就业创业，推动中国部分欠发达地区的产业发展，以实现乡村振兴和共同富裕。
摩根大通银行（中国）有限公司行长邹炼表示：“一直以来，摩根大通都在全球范围内推动包容性增长，而要实现这个目标，离不开女性这一重要的社会经济发展力量。在过去两年成功项目经验的基础上，我们和友成基金会进一步深化了乡村女性经济赋能计划的合作，将为更多乡村女性提供有针对性的技能和金融素养培训，为她们带来更多就业和扩大收入的机会，进而改善家庭生活水平，最终帮助促进当地社区的健康发展。”
“未来3年，这个项目将采用‘线上线下创业赋能培训+创业孵化指导+运营资源对接’的模式，在四川、贵州、甘肃、陕西、云南、河南、宁夏7省80余个县开展对6300名女性的培养。摩根大通在华耕耘已经超过一百年，继续通过慈善项目帮助更多人享受经济发展的益处，为实现乡村振兴和共同富裕贡献我们的绵薄之力，是我们对中国这个关键市场的承诺之一。” 邹炼补充道。
据2021年发布的《农村女性经济赋能研究报告》显示，中国约有2.5亿拥有劳动能力的农村女性在乡、镇生活。这是一个非常庞大的群体，她们承担着主要的农业生产和家庭照料工作，同时还面临着生存与发展的诸多挑战
友成基金会副理事长汤敏博士表示：“在脱贫攻坚期间，摩根大通给了我们强有力的支持，双方聚焦在乡村女性经济赋能的领域，共同助力了我国的脱贫攻坚事业。我们现在开展的乡村振兴是共同富裕的重要战略部署，摩根大通与友成基金会将通过‘企业+社会组织+县域政府’的合作模式，逐步探索并践行乡村振兴人才培养之路，助力共同富裕。”
2019年双方启动的乡村女性经济赋能计划一期项目（2019-2020年度）已结出了累累硕果，为受益乡村女性带来了经济、生活、职业发展等多方面的提升。一期项目在甘肃、四川、贵州、湖北、安徽五省落地执行，累计在19市19县开展了38期培训，完成了1874人次的乡村女性赋能培训，结业率达91.7%，培训孵化期结束后实现了66.6%的就创业率。其中，就业学员平均月工资增加40%，创业成功学员平均月增收1000元以上。同时，100%的学员接受了基本金融知识培训，提升了金融素养；招募了包括摩根大通员工志愿者在内的96位金融导师，为877名学员提供了6个月的金融咨询服务，其中637人达成了金融咨询目标
在一期项目经验总结的基础上，二期培训项目将包括互联网思维拓展、电商直播创业、本地数字化就业、心理建设、女性领导力等多维度的培训及孵化，帮助参加项目的乡村女性实现经济增收和全面发展。
此次摩根大通的善款将通过赠与亚洲（Give2Asia）捐赠给友成企业家扶贫基金会。
