J.P. Morgan Hosts 19th Global China Summit in Shanghai

Corporate leaders, institutional investors, and policymakers to share insights and identify new opportunities as China reopens and deepens its reforms

Shanghai, May 30, 2023 - J.P. Morgan will host its 19th annual Global China Summit in Shanghai on May 31. Themed Ready for Renewal, the two-day event brings together over 2,600 delegates in person from 37 countries and markets, representing some of China’s and the world’s most influential investors and companies with a total market capitalization of US$4.5 trillion.

In the post-Covid era, the country is deepening its structural reforms, embracing technological innovation, and accelerating the development of its capital markets. “China’s reopening is one of the biggest positive catalysts for the global economy this year. Now in its 19th consecutive year, J.P. Morgan’s Global China Summit is one of the largest and most influential annual gatherings of business leaders in China, which continues to successfully connect Chinese markets with the global investment community.
